Even though the first day of summer officially comes tomorrow, we’re going to party like it’s “The Last Day of Summer” with the brand new music video from Mike & The Nerve.
This is one of those classic, quintessential summer punk anthems, complete with the singalong chorus and the feel-good vibes in celebration of life, friendship, and youth. It lines up very nicely with that infectious brand of punk that the quartet are becoming known for since their formation in 2017. You can’t help but hear that Gainesville fervour and musical heritage within their sound, reminiscent of other Gainesville area exports like Against Me! and Hot Water Music.
